Our Box office is typically open an hour prior to door times on any show night. You can contact the box office directly via email at 713musichallinfo@livenation.com or by phone at 832-204-6920.

Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Bags that do not fit this specification will be asked to be returned to your vehicle or dropped off at coat check for a small fee. 

Yes! For your convenience, we offer this service at a small fee. Coat/Bag check is located next to the box office in the main lobby. 

Yup! Anything that is found or turned in at the end of the night will be kept in our lost and found. If you lost something, please email us details of the lost item at 713MusicHallLostandFound@LiveNation.com.

Funny you ask! These are our prohibited items: 

No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, spikes of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
• No outside food or drinks
• No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers
• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) without a photo pass
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm, including spikes of any kind                                                         • No posters, banners, signs, etc. that will obstruct another fan's view

**Please note that the list of prohibited items is subject to change. The venue reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to these protocols to ensure the safety of the tour, artist, and guests.

Nope. Sorry! Make sure you have everything with you before entering the venue doors. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in. 

We are actually a cashless venue and accept debit, credit, and/or tap (Apple Pay, Google Pay). If you only have cash, we can help you out. Stop by our Cash to Card booth to convert your cash into a card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees! 

Great question! Our events are generally all ages, unless specifically stated otherwise. All guests require a valid ticket to attend regardless of age. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Absolutely! We offer reserved Premier parking. Parking includes a parking spot within close walking distance to the ticket gates, VIP entrance into the venue, and expedited exit after the show. 

There are only a limited number of spaces so act fast for your event here! 

Refunds are automatically issued when an event cancels. Refunds will be provided via the original point of purchase. 

• If tickets were purchased with cash at the Box Office, an in-person refund will be required. Please present your tickets or order confirmation number.

Support acts are always subject to change, there are no refunds when support acts cancel or change.
